Thanks for the Music

Nothing makes me happier than seeing friends coming to my door with guitars in hand.  So much good music has been made in my humble living room through the years, the walls should resonate with the sounds.  This year, when a friend from far away came to visit, I wanted to move the music to a more public venue and the Euless library made their theater available.  It was so much fun to share this experience with a broader audience and everyone is already talking about a next time.  My deepest thanks to the artists who made this happen.

Gray Bartlett, New Zealand’s premier guitarist... http://www.graybartlett.com/

Jon Rutherford, singer/songwriter with too many accomplishments to list.   You can read some of them on IMDb, the popular Movie, TV, Celebrity Website, which seriously needs to be updated because he has a lot of new accomplishments to add.  Click here:  Jon Rutherford

Michael Brown, much-loved Chief of  Police in Euless, Texas, who is also a writer, a songwriter, singer, & musician.
Charlie Carey, whose music has taken him round the world from Fort Worth clubs to lead guitarist in Gary Lewis & the Playboys Band, to TV shows such as Johnny Carson, Steve Allen, & Mike Douglas.   He has shared stages with Chuck Berry, Conway Twitty, Fats Domino, John Conley, Nancy Sinatra, Bruce Chanel, Jerry lee Lewis, Johnny Rivers, etc.
My sincere thanks to each of these great performers who brought a great evening of music to Euless.  Also, it was a special pleasure to see Sam Atchley, a fellow Euless citizen at the concert.  Sam was one of the organizers of the international country music festival where I first met Gray and Brendan Dugan.
